Perry Products manufactures hundreds of shell and tube heat exchangers. We handle large projects with as many as 50 heat exchangers of various sizes or as small as one heat exchanger 4″ X 48″ long. Every job, large or small, is assigned a Project Manager that coordinates communication, schedules production, tracks purchased raw materials and keeps our customer informed about every aspect of their order. No project or customer is too small for Perry Products to care. We treat small orders the same as large orders. We take pride in delivering according to our customer’s needs. This split flow heat exchanger was designed and built for use in the manufacture of Barium and Strontium compounds and its coproducts. The heat exchanger unit includes a 52” outside diameter shell with (586) 1 ¼” O.D. Alloy 200 seamless tubes. The malleability of working with Nickel 200 proved a challenge but one Perry could solve using some quick thinking and a lot of hard work.

AEM 30-240

Perry designed this TEMA type AEM 30-240 stainless steel 316L heat exchanger unit with a special hinged opening on both the bonnet and the cover side of this fixed tubesheet heat exchanger. The condenser has seal welded tubes and the hinge feature will make access easier for any cleaning or inspections required.

(5) Replacement Channel Boxes

(2) 44″; (2) 20″ and (1) 35″ replacement channel boxes were recently fabricated for general refinery heat exchanger service using Duplex 2507, CS flanges and Inconel 625 weld overlay at the gasket surface and hub.

These 4 gas aftercoolers were designed and built for parallel operation for a natural gas compressor station in the Great Lakes region. Each heat exchanger includes 450 admiralty brass tubes and a floating head assembly.
